The Beauty 9 Expo is fast approaching. What and where is it, you ask?
The Beauty 9 Expo is meant to a be a B2B solution for both traders in the beauty industry, but open to the general public as well. In less than 9 days, the Beauty Expo will be held on 9 - 12 October 2009 (Friday to Monday) at PWTC (Putra World Trade Centre).
REGISTRATION
Pre-registration for the event has since closed, but you can still sign up here to see if you are qualified to enter. Only qualified visitors can enter for free on Trade Days, or else an entrance free of RM10 will be charged for all Public Visitors, which I reckon is still worth it if compared to what you normally pay at a beauty salon.
Trade Visitors: All Four Days
Public Visitors: 10th & 11th (Saturday and Sundays)
Entrance Fee: RM10 for non-industry related visitors.
(Note from author: surprisingly, the entrance fee information could not be found on their main website however...)
All visitors (trade or public visitors) will have to register on site, or pre-register online to gain entrance)

Please take note that visitors must be appropriately dressed, with no sandals, and no photographing or video-recording is allowed without prior permission form the Organiser.

WHAT CAN PUBLIC VISITORS DO THERE?
If you've never been to a beauty expo, its a platform to source more information on the beauty industry, i.e. if you've always been interested in make-up, nail art, and hair-styling, its definitely the place to go to get more information on beauty academies.
There's also a lot of skincare, and body products that visitors can purchase at a bargain price which is not possible anywhere else. Especially on the last two days! If that's what you want, do not miss heading out there!
If you want more information on the products that will be showcased, it is possible to search for it through their online portal. However, you'll need to be logged in to be able to do so.
